WHERE IS ZUMBA® MERCHANDISE SOLD?
There are three ways to purchase Zumba® merchandise:
1. Purchase Zumba® merchandise directly from your Zumba Instructor.
2. Make your purchases online at zumba.com. Just go to our Shop section.
3. Purchase Zumba® merchandise when you attend a Zumba Instructor Training Course

CAN I ORDER ZUMBA® MERCHANDISE ONLINE FROM ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD?
Yes. Please go to zumba.com to find and/or verify all official international distributors. Buying Zumba® merchandise through official international distributors is recommended to people that live in these territories because they:
    Receive merchandise faster.
    Pay lower shipping costs.
    Avoid customs documentation and/or fees.

I WANT TO PLACE AN ORDER. WHAT IS THE PAYMENT METHOD?
PayPal which accepts the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Currently, our billing system does not accept gift cards. Since all orders are placed online, we cannot accept money orders or checks.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO BUY?
As every product is different, please refer to the size chart located in the product description after you've clicked on the product.

CAN I ADD MORE PRODUCTS TO AN ORDER THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN SUBMITTED?
It is not possible to add to existing order. You will need to place an additional order if you wish to purchase additional items.

HOW CAN I FIND INFORMATION CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY OF PAST, CURRENT AND FUTURE ZUMBA® MERCHANDISE STYLES?
We recommend checking zumba.com every two weeks to see updates on product availability.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
After you submit your order, you will receive an email reviewing the items in your order within 72 hours. Please note that once submitted, orders cannot be modified or cancelled for any reason. Within a 5-7 days you will receive a confirmation email with your shipment tracking number(s) (tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate). WHAT IS THE SHIPPING POLICY FOR ZUMBA® MERCHANDISE  SOLD IN THE MIDDLE EAST?
Shipping - General Information

Subject to stock and not otherwise agreed in writing, orders within the UAE should be received no later than 14 days after the day in which order and payment have been confirmed. Orders outside of the UAE should be received within 30 days from day order and payment have been confirmed.
Orders will not be delivered until payment has been confirmed.

If an item is not in stock, we will try to order the item as soon as possible, subject to availability by the supplier.

  • You will receive communication via email in this case.
  • No additional shipping cost will be incurred by you.
  • If item is no longer in stock and cannot be ordered from the supplier, you will receive a full refund of the item.

Shipping Costs
The shipping cost for a delivery within the UAE is a flat rate of USD$10.00 per order up to 2kg. Orders over this weight or outside of the UAE will incur an additional delivery charge. 

Return Shipping
If a customer wishes to return the full order or a portion of the order, the cost of the shipping must be paid by the customer unless subject to Clauses 1.1 and 1.2. The purchase price of the items the customer has returned will be refunded to the customer within 30 days from the date of receipt of the items at Exhilaration Fitness LLC, excluding the original shipping cost.
Please complete and send the returns shipping form with the customer return.  This form can be obtained by emailing info@zumbawear-me.com.

Clause 1.1:
Incorrect item(s) was sent to customer by Exhilaration Fitness LLC. An incorrect item is deemed one which is the wrong size or colour to what was originally ordered through zumbawear-me.com and not if customer changes his or her mind or chooses the wrong size.
Clause 1.2:
Item(s) is deemed to be defective.

  • A defective order is subject to verification. If the order is deemed not defective, customer will be held financially responsible for any return shipping costs.

Clause 1.3:
If return of item is due to either Clause 1.1 or Clause 1.2, a copy of a valid receipt with the shipping cost paid by the customer must be included within the parcel. If no receipt provided, then cost of return shipping must be paid by the customer & will not be refunded.

WHAT IS THE ZIN™ MEMBER DISCOUNT FOR ZUMBA® MERCHANDISE?
The discount varies from product to product. Please note that you have to be logged into your ZIN account to receive your ZIN discount. If you are already logged into your ZIN account, your discount will already be reflected in the price.

HOW CAN I RECEIVE MY ZIN™ DISCOUNT?
To receive your ZIN discount, please follow these steps:
1. Visit zumba.com and go to the top of the homepage.
2. At the top of the homepage, please enter your username and password.
3. Once you are logged in, click on the Shop link, where you'll find Zumba® and ZIN exclusive merchandise. Your ZIN discount is applied at checkout. Enter at checkout, your discount code found within your cart.

IF I BOUGHT A PRODUCT AT A ZUMBA® INSTRUCTOR TRAINING, HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE IT?
Please contact the Zumba Education Specialist (ZES) who hosted your Instructor Training to find out if you can return or exchange the item. Please do not ship the item back to the Zumba Fitness corporate office as we cannot accept returns for any items not purchased on zumba.com.

IF I AM A ZIN™ MEMBER AND I WANT TO RESELL ZUMBA® MERCHANDISE, WHAT IS THE RECOMMENDED PRICE?
We recommend selling Zumba® merchandise at the retail prices listed on the zumba.com Shop page (before you log in to your ZIN account). However, you are free to sell Zumba® merchandise at any price you choose.

WHAT IS THE RETURNS POLICY FOR ZUMBA® MERCHANDISE SOLD IN THE MIDDLE EAST?
Returns - General Information
Exhilaration Fitness LLC accepts returns of all regular-priced merchandise (excluding accessories, underwear, CD’s, DVD’s, Magazines & sale items) purchased on zumbawear-me.com or purchased directly through Middle East Catalogue from Exhilaration Fitness LLC within 14 days of the delivery date and provides a full refund of the purchase price, if conditions are met. Accessories are any items that cannot be worn as tops, pants or shoes.
Please choose carefully as Exhilaration Fitness LLC will not provide exchanges of any merchandise.
Eligible Returns
To receive a full refund of the purchase price, customer must return the regular-priced item(s) (excluding accessories, underwear, CD’s, DVD’s, magazines & sale Items) within 14 days of the delivery date to Exhilaration Fitness LLC, and must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be a regular-priced item
  • Must be returned in its original package, unopened, or in perfect condition
  • In order for the product to be in perfect condition, it must be unworn, unwashed, and have no traces of hair, deodorant, makeup, or distinctive smells.
  • Returns form is completed in full and sent with the returned item(s). Form obtained by emailing info@zumbawear-me.com
  • Original purchase must have been directly through zumbawear-me.com or through Middle East Catalogue from Exhilaration Fitness LLC and not through a third party

Purchases made at the Zumba Instructor Convention, any trade shows, and/or purchases from Zumba Education Specialists (ZESs) or other resellers are not eligible for refund as considered third party.
If customer returned item does not meet this criteria, or is determined to be not defective, the Exhilaration Fitness LLC Home Office will send an email within 15 days to the email address customer provided to discuss additional steps.

Return Shipping

Refunds
